The Export Coordinator will support the Export Sales team in the follow-up and support of the sales destined to export markets and products.

Taking care of customer requirements and better communication with the customers.

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills including writing, and verbal communication
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Strong organization and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, work independently, responsibly and professionally
Good computer skills
Solid multi-tasking skills to be successful
Bilingual preferred
Key Accountabilities:
Provide support to the Export Sales department with information and documentation regarding the products being handled
Provide ongoing support and information to key customers of the company
Coordinate with the logistics department, country borders and documentation department.
Maintain database of clients and export markets
Market analysis of different countries and client requirements
Investigate opportunities for new products and customers
Supporting the export head to achieve the team goals
Customer Relations Management

Faster customer relations by sending timely greetings and compliments for birthdays, festivals and other special occasions.
Handle customer complaints and other grievances.
Maintain good repo/relation with customers.
