**What you will do **:Operations
- Safety, Security, Inventory & Operations management of the warehouse is your responsibility \
- Ensure timely planning and scheduling of vehicles to meet order delivery deadlines
- Ensure order management is done solely via in-house tech for all customer orders
- Ensure records of inventory stock is maintained everyday as per company standards
- Periodic cycle count of Inventory as per set standards
- Inventory has to be stacked intelligently to optimise spatial usage
- Ensure grooming standards and other mandatory requirements like vehicle documents, uniform, shoes etc. for all drivers are in place at all times
- Bring efficiency and optimisation in operations by ensuring accurate usage of in-house technology
- Build a good supply base to cater to contingencies and spot requirements as per the order flow/requirement **Compliance**:
- Adherence to specific customer requirements such as trip sheets, proof of delivery (POD), invoice submission dates, vehicles type/quality,
- Publish or/and maintain reports / records on a frequent basis
- Ensure cash reconciliation happens on the same day
- Ensure the COD devices are collected at the EOD from the delivery associates without exception Customer Experience
Ensure superior customer experience by meeting all service requirements like on-time reporting, trained drivers etc Ensure timely issue resolution at the hub and/or delivery run to ensure that orders are delivered on time
- Ensure proactive communication to customer/central team for any issues
- Manage escalations and take corrective measures to avoid repeated mistakes/operational failures
**What we are looking for**:
- Any graduate degree holder willing to work in a warehouse environment
- Handle end to end responsibilities of the warehouse.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Logistics experience will be a plus.
Responsible for end to end management of
MWH operations, supply onboarding for
MWH, Planning and execution of
dispatches, tracking and reporting the
orders.
