**Role Responsibilities**:
**Reporting to the ERM India Cross Function Team Head, you will provide extensive contributions to the team’s deliveries. This role supports the ERM mandate with the following delivery responsibilities.**:
**- **Coordinate the timely delivery of input deliveries across e.g. multiple Risk and Finance stakeholders globally, provide guidance on timelines, expected content etc.**:

- **Perform quality control checks over incoming and outgoing deliveries (both content and format).**:

- **Regularly keep tracking of risk-topics under watch and follow-up with respective KCPs / Credit Team Heads to ensure timely execution of portfolio steering actions**:

- **Review and challenge a wide range of risk type submissions to enhance report and data quality**:

- **Identifying opportunities to automate and then implement efficient automation techniques to improve overall governance on the processes**:
**Exposure/Skills**:
**- **Exposure to Investment banking domain**:

- **Business level understanding**:

- **Macroeconomic/Business factors impacting banking industry**:

- **Regulatory requirements on Risk management and Capital adequacy**:

- **Stakeholder management and engagement - discussions, meetings, updates**:

- **Governance on processes and automation**:

- **Targeted risk reviews and ad-hoc analyses in Credit Risk Management (CRM), Market Risk Management (MRM) and Non-Financial Risk (NFR)**:
**Education / Certification/ Skills**:
**- **B. E. (Hons.) Computer Science / Electronics and Instrumentation / Electronics and Communication and or M. Sc. (Hons.) Mathematics / Economics**:

- **Effective communication / presentation skills,**:

- **Hands on excel, PowerPoint, VBA, SQL, SAS, basic understanding of Python**:

- **Self-motivated, pro-active team player with open and inquisitive mind-set**:
