We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

**Senior MXtest Consultant**

**Position Overview**:
The purpose of the job is to work as Murex MXtest consultant, being responsible of delivering a test strategy within a project context, implementing a murex automated regression test framework, and aligned with murex best practices. In addition to this, the job also involves both strategic Murex design and general mentorship and training of junior team members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and generate test deliverables: test strategy, test methodology, test plan and test reports or dashboards.
- Define and implement the Murex automated regression test framework in different project contexts.
- Design and execution of System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, Business Acceptance Test and Performance Acceptance Test.
- End-to-end ownership of tasks in cooperation with Business Analysts and Testing team to define requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria creation.
- Create, automate, and review test cases and manual scripts using MXtest or another test automation tools.
- Execute and coordinate tests execution including exploratory, automation and manual tests.
- Design and configure test management tools such as Jira/HP ALM including test cycles management and dashboard to ease the test control and monitor.
- Report on testing progress and highlighting any issues that need escalation.
- Project Management, Stakeholder management, Change Management, Business Analysis and End User training.
- Plan, deploy and manage the testing effort ensuring the planning and management of the project resources to achieve the goals and make the appropriate recruitments.
- Continuous liaison with Murex CoE during the definition and validation processes.
- Design and build of connectors and APIs to integrate MXtest or other automation tools with different test management tools.
- Design and development of DevOps ecosystems using the client tools.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards for MXtest development.
- Stay up to date with MXtest platform updates and enhancements, proactively suggesting improvements to existing integrations.
- Utilise strong communication skills to ensure that an acceptable level of service is delivered to customers.
- Ability to work in a high-pressured environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- +7 years of hands-on experience in MXtest and Murex testing area.
- Experience in defining end to end strategy, tests scenarios and data requirements for different projects.
- Knowledge of Murex testing services: Client test pack, upgrade as a service, MX evolve, Regression test pack...
- Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration including creation of DevOps ecosystem using different tools such as Jira/HP ALM, GIT, Jenkins, Cloud,...
- Experience in managing project timelines, resources, risks, SLAs and KPI dashboards with internal and external teams.
- Experience in large Murex projects such as FEM and greenfield implementations covering different asset classes.
- Extensive experience in testing in financial institutions.
- Excellent financial business domain knowledge.
- Understanding of financial products, derivatives, and trading processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.

Nice to have:

- Relevant Murex certifications (e.g., Murex MX.3 Core, MXtest) preferred.
- Oracle and/or SQL Server RDBMS Fundamentals and good SQL skills.
