**Job Title: Interior Designer (SketchUp + Lumion Specialist) - Malappuram**

**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Full-time)
**Salary**: Competitive, based on skill & experience

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a **creative Interior Designer** to join our team in **Malappuram**. You’ll design stunning residential/commercial spaces using **SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop** as primary tools. Basic knowledge of other design software (AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, or Enscape) is a plus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create functional, aesthetic designs with **detailed 3D visualizations** (SketchUp + Lumion).
- Prepare mood boards, material selections, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

**Skills Required**:
✔ **Must-Have**:

- Expertise in **SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop** (portfolio required).
- Strong sense of space planning, lighting, and textures.
- Ability to translate ideas into photorealistic renders.

✔ **Good-to-Have (Basic Knowledge)**:

- AutoCAD (2D drafting), Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Enscape.
- Familiarity with **Estimation Software** (e.g., BOQ tools).

**Selection Process**:

- **Portfolio Review**: Submit samples of your SketchUp/Lumion work.
- **Practical Test**: A small design task to assess skills.
- **Interview**: Discuss your design approach and experience.
