- In this role, you are aligned to do invoice Processing, issue resolution and should know Processing of PO and non-Purchase order invoices._
- Your role also involves management of daily invoice and documents flows in accordance with internal agreed service levels._
- Responsibilities_
- _Possess phenomenal understanding of invoice hold and follow ups_
- _Knowledge of basics of accounting (Golden rule of accounting and journal entries)_
- _Analyzing order trend of customer and raise flag if any discrepancy_
- _Creation of MIS reports & Dashboard related to the process_
- _Knowledge on reading contract to understand various clauses_
- _Ready to work on stretched working hours_
- _should be good at Written and Verbal communication skills_
- _should possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel_
- _Ability to work under pressure to short timelines and ability to handle workload independently_
- _Ability to observe the need for changes/improvements in the processes_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Any Graduate except technical_
- _Prior experience in Accounts Payable_
- Preferred Qualifications_
- _Good Analytical Skills & Presentation skills_
