**Summary**:
The Banquet Captain supervises and manages banquet event operations from planning through execution, coordinating staff, and ensuring excellent guest service during events.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee banquet staff, coordinating assignments and monitoring performance during events.
- Liaise with clients and event managers to understand requirements and ensure specifications are met.
- Supervise setup and teardown of banquet halls and dining areas according to event orders.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to deliver food and beverage service smoothly.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any service issues on the spot.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout events.
- Provide training and support to banquet staff.
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment.
**Employer Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or event management training is advantageous.
- Prior experience in banquet or event supervision roles.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks during events.
- Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
