*E-Commerce Associate - Canvas & Weaves*

Canvas & Weaves is a Singapore based entity seeking an E-Commerce Associate to manage the backend operations of our Shopify marketplace. The role will include:

- Handling bulk product uploads using CSV files and Shopify’s backend (images, descriptions, pricing, collections).
- Working with advanced Excel functions and formulas for pricing, stock lists, and product data from multiple brands.
- Liaising with logistics partners to coordinate order dispatches and deliveries.
- Tracking and updating orders in Shopify to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Providing general Shopify administrative support to keep the site accurate and updated.
- Prior experience in an e-commerce operations support role.
- Strong proficiency with Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and CSV-based data management.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in the office (based in Delhi) and 3 days working from home.
