**Job Title: Customer Service Associate - International Process**

**About the Role**

We are hiring Customer Success Associates - L1 for an International Process. This role requires excellent communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and prior technical support (troubleshooting) experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

Assist customers and resolve queries efficiently.

Provide end-to-end issue resolution with professionalism.

Document all customer interactions accurately.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate degree (mandatory).

Minimum 1 year of experience in an international domain.

Tech support / troubleshooting experience is mandatory.

Exceptional communication skills in English (C1 level) - no MTI, RTI, or grammatical/pronunciation errors.

**Salary**: Up to ₹32,000 CTC

Shifts: Rotational (for both male & female employees)

Cab Facility: Provided
