As an Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. **Responsibilities**:

- Effective Counseling of Learners/Clients about our Products/Services
- Promoting the brand in the best possible way by providing customer service excellence to parents.
- Coordinate and lead the growth journey for prospective parents & Clients, promoting the Joonify

platform and presenting it in the best possible way
- Lead the parent journey, mapping and measuring customer service, at all points support Joonify brand promise and encourage parent endorsement.
- Maintain communication with learners/students & Clients through various channels
- Submission of reports, bringing improvement in Business Growth Initiatives
- Responsible for Improvising the Sales Automation processes
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources
- Explain assessment procedures and courses offered to the prospective Parents.
- Relationship Building and Negotiation with Vendors/ Partners & Customers.
- Responsible for managing & converting leads for our B2B programs in collaboration with renowned Universities/Institutes and schools.
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
- Building a relationship of trust and respect with the parents
- Coordinating webinars/seminars and other promotional activities for student registration

Skill Required
- Understanding of Education-Based Counselling. Edu-Tech student counseling background will be a plus.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent listening skills + Excellent communications skills (English & Hindi)
- Inherent ability to have engaging conversations

Experience - At least 1 years of Ed-Tech Industry

Language - English Preferred

Job Location - Indore

Industry - Edtech

Employment Type - Full Time, Permanent

Education - Any Graduate

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
