**Designation: QA Tester**

**Location: Noida**

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to ensure software meets specified requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Analyze test results and report findings to stakeholders, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of QA documentation, including test strategy, test cases, and test reports.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools in software testing and quality assurance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, specifically within the EdTech or accounting software sectors.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
