**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) in accordance with GAAP.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Assist with the monthly and year-end closing processes, ensuring all accounts are reconciled and accurate.
- Prepare variance analysis reports and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- **Tax Compliance & Reporting**:

- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Assist with tax planning, forecasting, and strategy to minimize tax liabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations and advise the team on changes that may affect the company.
- **General Ledger Maintenance**:

- Oversee the accuracy of all general ledger entries, ensuring they are in line with company policies and accounting standards.
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts.
- Review accounting journal entries and ensure they are in compliance with internal control procedures.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted figures and provide variance analysis.
- Work closely with department heads to ensure that budgetary goals are met.
- **Internal Controls & Audit Support**:

- Ensure adherence to internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
- Support both internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as required.
- Recommend improvements to accounting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce the risk of errors.
- **Financial Systems & Software**:

- Maintain and optimize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Assist with system upgrades, troubleshooting, and the implementation of new tools that improve accounting workflows.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and tax preparation.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
