1. **Student Counseling**:

- Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding maritime education programs, career options, and industry trends.
- Assist students in identifying their career goals within the maritime sector and guide them through the educational pathways to achieve those goals.

2. **Admissions Assistance**:

- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless and efficient enrollment process for students.

3. **Industry Knowledge**:

- Stay abreast of developments and trends in the maritime industry to provide up-to
- date and relevant information to students.
- Conduct research on educational programs, certifications, and training courses offered by maritime institutions globally.

4. **Scholarship and Financial Aid Support**:

- Provide guidance on financial planning for maritime education and training.

5. **Collaboration with Industry Partners**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with maritime industry professionals, employers, and organizations.
- Work closely with industry partners to ensure the curriculum aligns with industry needs and trends.

6. **Event Coordination**:

- Organize and participate in events such as career fairs, workshops, and seminars to promote maritime education programs.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Counselling, Education, Maritime Studies, or related field.
- Proven experience in counselling, preferably in the maritime education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of maritime education programs, certifications, and industry requirements.
- Familiarity with scholarship and financial aid processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
