**Job Title**: CCTV Executive
**Location**: Chennai
**Experience Level**: 2+ years in CCTV Surveillance

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including both hardware and software components.
- Monitor CCTV systems to ensure continuous surveillance of premises and report any security breaches or system malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CCTV systems, including camera placements, wiring, and network configurations.
- Conduct regular checks and maintenance on CCTV equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Work closely with the security and IT teams to ensure all systems are aligned with security protocols.
- Create and maintain records of system performance, incidents, and maintenance schedules.
- Provide timely updates and support to international clients as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in CCTV surveillance.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related hardware.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Basic understanding of network systems and security protocols.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) to handle international clients.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours when required for urgent issues or maintenance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹430,000.00 per year
