We are seeking a Product Marketing Operations and Competitive Intelligence Specialist to join our dynamic Product Marketing Management (PMM) team. This hybrid role is ideal for an analytical and process-driven professional who can drive operational efficiency while delivering compelling competitive intelligence insights. You will be instrumental in program managing PMM initiatives, streamlining workflows, and providing AI-enhanced competitive intelligence that strengthens our market positioning. **Position Overview This role will focus on two key areas**:
1. Marketing Operations & Program Management
- Oversee and optimize PMM workflows, ensuring seamless execution of product launches, use case rollouts, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage the PMM Asana intake request and assignment process, prioritizing and assigning tasks to maximize efficiency.
- Act as the program manager for major PMM initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, clear execution plans, and measurable impact.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Demand Gen, and Corporate Marketing to drive go-to-market (GTM) effectiveness
2. Competitive Intelligence & AI-Driven Research
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive research, leveraging AI-powered tools to extract actionable insights.
- Develop battlecards, competitive playbooks, and positioning strategies that enable the sales and marketing teams to differentiate Aviatrix in the market.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor moves, pricing strategies, and messaging shifts to inform PMM strategies.
- Establish a scalable intelligence framework, integrating AI-driven automation to collect, analyze, and distribute competitive insights efficiently
**Key Responsibilities**
Marketing Operations & Program Management:
Drive PMM Operational Excellence:
- Lead program management for key PMM initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
- Own and optimize PMM workflows for intake requests, prioritization, and execution within Asana.
- Develop standardized processes and best practices for product launches, messaging updates, and go-to-market motions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all PMM projects have clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
**Support GTM Strategy Execution**:
- Assist in the rollout of new use cases, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing assets.
- Ensure sales and field teams are equipped with the latest positioning and competitive differentiation insights.
**Competitive Intelligence & AI-Powered Research**:
**Develop Competitive Battlecards & Playbooks**:
- Research, analyze, and document key competitor differentiators, weaknesses, and market strategies.
- Create compelling battlecards and objection-handling guides to support Sales and GTM teams. L
**Leverage AI for Competitive Insights**:
- Utilize AI-driven research tools to track competitive moves, messaging shifts, and customer sentiment.
- Automate data collection and reporting on competitor feature updates, pricing changes, and industry benchmarks.
**Deliver Market & Competitive Insights**:
- Provide regular market intelligence briefings to internal stakeholders, highlighting competitive threats and opportunities.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base on emerging cloud networking trends, industry reports, and analyst perspectives.
**Required Qualifications**
Experience: 3+ years in product marketing, marketing operations, competitive intelligence, or a related field (preferably in cloud networking, SaaS, or cybersecurity).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Competitive Analysis: Strong ability to research, synthesize, and communicate competitive insights in a structured and actionable manner.
- AI & Automation Proficiency: Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Crayon, Klue, AlphaSense, SEMrush, or similar) for competitive intelligence.
