**Responsibilities**:
**Client Consultation**:Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their visa requirements, objectives, and individual circumstances.
Analyze clients' backgrounds and needs to recommend suitable visa options tailored to their specific situation.

**Documentation and Application Assistance**:Guide clients through the preparation and collection of required documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Review and assess clients' documents to identify any potential issues or deficiencies, offering guidance on necessary improvements.

**Compliance and Regulations**:Stay current with immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide clients with accurate advice and guidance.
Interpret and explain complex legal requirements in a clear and understandable manner to clients.

Address clients' questions, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Generate reports and summaries as required to track clients' progress and outcomes.

**Continuous Improvement**:Seek opportunities for professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions related to immigration and visa regulations.
Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Law, Psychology) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Visa Counselor or in a similar role within the immigration or travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of visa regulations, immigration procedures, and documentation requirements for various countries.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while handling multiple clients simultaneously.
- Multilingual skills and experience dealing with diverse clients are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
