Sales Counselor

**Job Summary**:
The Patient Counselor plays a key role in guiding clients through their treatment journey. This includes understanding their skin concerns, explaining available procedures, and ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and informed experience at the clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet all patients and visitors professionally.
- Understand patient requirements and suggest suitable treatments or services.
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits, costs, and post-care instructions clearly.
- Counsel clients on packages and offers; convert inquiries into appointments and walk-ins into bookings.
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about all skin and hair treatments offered at the clinic.
- Maintain patient records, update follow-ups, and ensure timely callbacks or reminders.
- Handle queries (in person, on call, or through messages) and provide prompt responses.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Take feedback from patients and escalate issues if required.
- Participate in promotional activities, health camps, or marketing events if needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in science, healthcare, or communication).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in patient counseling or customer service (healthcare or beauty industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and soft-selling skills.
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (local language preferred).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM/EMR software).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
