Hiring for Company **Allo Health** | Vashi & Ghatkopar Location

**Working Days **| Monday To Sunday | One Week Off between Monday to Friday

Timings | Morning 11:30 am to 08:00 pm & Sunday Timings | 11:30 am to 03:30 pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Patient Care : Liaise with patients and healthcare providers to schedule consultations, counselling sessions, and tests. Ensure timely communication of next steps in patient care using various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
- Patient Communication: Respond to patient queries promptly and courteously, ensuring the best possible experience for our patients throughout their healthcare journey.
- Task Prioritization: Effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
- Building Referral Network: Develop and nurture relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and other relevant businesses to increase referrals to the assigned clinic.
- Executing Offline Marketing Activities: Plan and implement offline marketing strategies to promote the clinic, including but not limited to events, seminars, and outreach programs as and when required.
- Field Visits: Conduct field visits to promote the clinic and build partnerships.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Interest or proven experience in sales, marketing, or operations, preferably in the healthcare industry. -Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant software programs. -Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms is preferred. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
