Production Incharge for Steel Furniture Fabrication Unit

We are a fabrication cum Design Studio in Gurgaon seeking a **Production Manager** to oversee our **steel fabrication unit**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise **metal and wood fabrication** processes, including Stainless Steel, Mild Steel (MS), Aluminum, Brass, and Copper. Special Emphasis in Stainless Steel.
- Ensure **quality control** in welding, polishing, lathe operations, fitting, and other fabrication techniques.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to **optimize product designs**.
- Oversee **material procurement and outsourcing** while maintaining quality standards.
- Troubleshoot **production challenges** and ensure seamless operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **10 years of experience** in fabrication and production supervision.
- Strong understanding of **manufacturing processes, materials, and techniques**.
- Should know how to manage team and derive work
- Should knowrelevant **computer**and **drawing softwares**:

- Should have own vehicle
- **Proficiency in English** for effective communication.
- Detail-oriented with strong **problem-solving skills**.
- Should have diploma / degree

**Salary**: Based on experience
