**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Achieve sales targets and quotas.

**Customer Relationship Management**

1. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

2. Understand customer needs and provide solutions.

3. Ensure customer satisfaction.

**Sales Operations**

1. Manage sales pipeline and forecast.

2. Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations.

3. Negotiate and close deals.

**Market Knowledge**

1. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

2. Provide market feedback and insights.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to work under pressure.
