**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives.
- Execute on-page optimization: Title tags, Meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, content optimization, schema markup, etc.
- Handle technical SEO: Website audits, crawl analysis, page speed optimization, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, etc.
- Manage off-page activities including link building, directory submissions, content outreach, and guest posting.
- Analyze competitors’ websites and strategies to identify opportunities.
- Work with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are followed in content creation.
- Monitor and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry updates.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Proven experience in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and WordPress (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or SEO (Google, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience working in an agency is an advantage.
