J**ob Title: Procurement Coordinator - Global Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu**

**Working Hours : European Time**

**Work Experience: 2 to 4 years**

- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tools
- Advanced MS Excel skills

**Language Proficiency**:

- Fluency in French and German is essential & Strong command of English**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. RFI, RFQ & RFP Management**
- Assist in preparing, issuing, and managing **Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and Requests for Proposal (RFP)** to suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define procurement requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Ensure all RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs comply with **company policies, industry standards, and regulations**.

**2. Supplier & Vendor Coordination**
- Identify, evaluate, and shortlist potential **vendors** based on sourcing needs.
- Maintain and update an **organized supplier database** with key contact details, pricing, and contract information.
- Support the **supplier pre-qualification and onboarding** processes.
- Continuously explore and identify **new suppliers** to enhance procurement options.

**3. Procurement Documentation & Compliance**
- Draft, organize, and maintain procurement documentation, **and supplier performance records**.
- Ensure adherence to **internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements**.
- Track and manage **contract renewals, extensions, and performance metrics**.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in in procurement or purchasing roles & ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in French and German (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
