**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **cold calls** and follow-ups to dental colleges, universities, and training institutes.
- Schedule and **attend meetings** with purchase departments, HODs, and deans to introduce our products.
- Travel across India to **visit potential clients**, demonstrate products, and build strong relationships.
- Understand the academic calendar and tender cycles to strategically time outreach efforts.
- Maintain a lead tracker and prepare weekly reports on client status and outreach activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for samples, brochures, and quotations.
- Represent Navadha Enterprises at conferences, exhibitions, and university events.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- **2 to 5 years** of B2B marketing/sales experience, preferably in a medical, pharma, or dental-related MNC.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Experience with **cold calling** and institutional sales is a must.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Basic knowledge of dental or healthcare education will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
