Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and develop comprehensive digital marketing training programs and courses.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing to ensure the training content is relevant and up-to-date.
- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for individuals and groups.
- Provide hands-on training on various digital marketing tools, platforms, and techniques.
- Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment.
- **Individual Coaching**:

- Offer personalized coaching to participants, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
- Provide constructive feedback on performance and progress.
- **Industry Expertise**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, changes in algorithms, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- **Evaluation and Assessment**:

- Develop assessment methods to evaluate participants' understanding and proficiency in digital marketing.
- Track and report on the progress of participants, identifying areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other trainers, instructional designers, and stakeholders to enhance training programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to incorporate real-world scenarios and challenges into the training.
- **Resource Development**:

- Create and update training materials, resources, and documentation.
- Develop supplementary materials such as cheat sheets, guides, and templates.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs.
- Adapt training content based on evolving industry trends and feedback.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in training and coaching individuals or groups in digital marketing.
- Familiarity with popular digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the digital marketing landscape.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹10,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week
