**Responsibilities**:

- Working with the Corporate PO will be responsible for delivering the strategy / Road map / positioning for releasing new enhancements in ALI product suite.
- Responsible for managing the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Manage the requirements of the owned module
- Interact with Product Owners / Business Development / Support / Development / Sales unit(s) and drive the solution to achieve business goals.
- Responsible for communicating with Customers effectively and manage their expectations in the owned areas of ALI products suite.
- Additional responsibilities may include aid in pre-sales activities / Conduct workshops with customers and other stakeholders / Conference presentations & demonstrations

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor of Engineering / Technology in Mechanical or Equivalent with expertise on Plant maintenance workflows and / or As-Built engineering workflows.

Overview:

- In-charge for Product/Project Performance / Monitoring & Reporting of Product/Project status to the stakeholders
- Act as point of reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues and Research to address any issues that may arise.
- Assist / Update Executive management with detailed plans / Status for controlled advertising, promotion(s) and sales aids in accordance with the annual plan.

Skills Required:
Domain Skills:

- Strong understanding of Engineering Domain and associated methodology (Oil & Gas, Marine, Mining and EPC) in Mechanical Maintenance area (Predictive, Preventive and Scheduled maintenance) and Plant operations related to design changes management and its peripherals.
- Experience in Capital projects working for O/O or EPC or proven track record of managing / working as expert in any of the above processes in O/O facility.
- Track record of working in Plant Maintenance or operations. _Or_
- Experience in Operations and Maintenance of systems like shutdown, turn around projects.
- Exposure to As-built retrofit engineering is an added advantage
- Knowledge in operations, As-Built design change workflows is an added advantage.

Technical Skills:

- Exposure / experience in software development processes like Agile, Scrum / SAFe etc.
- A brief understanding of Cloud environment and SaaS Applications.
- Power User of Computers in General. (Basic understanding of OS its peripheral tools etc.)
- Preferred (not required):Knowledge on SQL / Oracle relational databases and basic understanding of sequential queries
- Preferred (not required): exposure to commercially available systems (e.g. E3D, Bentley Plant management systems, etc)

Soft Skills
- Strong communication / negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and willing to work under pressure.
