Java Trainer

**Job Title**: Java Trainer (Offline, Contractual)

**Location**: Chandigarh

**Job Type**: Contractual (7 Weeks)

**Job Timings**: 4 Hours Per Day
**Start Date**: 3rd March 2025

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver structured training sessions on **Core Java & Advanced Java** concepts.
- Explain object-oriented programming, data structures, exception handling, multithreading, collections, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, and frameworks like Spring & Hibernate.
- Develop training materials, exercises, and assessments.
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions and guide students through projects.
- Provide mentorship and resolve queries to ensure effective learning.
- Assess participant performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest Java trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **5+ years** in Java development and training.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of **Core Java and advanced Java.**:

- **Training Experience**: Prior experience in corporate training or academic teaching is preferred.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Education**: A degree in **Computer Science, IT, or a related field** (preferred).
