Overview / Responsibilities:

- The prime responsibility of the P&O Administrator is to manage daily operational tasks (customer queries, system set ups, trainings etc.) for any one of GSS functions
- Work closely with stakeholders and process partners (Recruitment, P&O BP’s, Payroll, Timewriting ) to ensure customer requests are processed on a timely manner
- Collaborate with the customers to understand business needs, accountable for preparing and managing issue logs to deliver delight
- Creation of Offer Letter, Employment Contract, Forms, validation of Certificates, updating of employee records, recruitment guides, secondment documentation, Leaver document preparation, update of worker's status in various P&O tools
- Responsible for creating employee files in network drives and E-filing of employee documents
- Supporte in managing additional projects such as TAR, TUPE, ABP, Trainings, CV Screening etc
- Responsible for UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new regions, tools as per organizational Target operating Model
- Expected to drive process improvements and constant ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholders/clients
- Responsible for supporting offshore transitions and Internal audits Globally

Skills / Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:

- Business or HR Degree or relevant qualification is ideal, but not essential.
- Strong skills in Excel and Word.

**Knowledge, skills, and experience**:

- Requires 1-3 years of work experience in HR functions
- Knowledge of HRIS tools (Oracle, SAP preferred), case management tools and exposure to a shared services / BPO / captive environment
- Possess initiative & drive, with strong desire to continuously improve process and deliver within agreed objective/ Service Level.
- Previous experience in data entry and maintaining data integrity with confidential information.
- Preparing documents following templates and instructions to ensure accuracy.
- Previous experience in Oil & Gas Environment is added advantage.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Proactive, persists to completion, especially when faced with overwhelming odds and setbacks. Flexible outlook, adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable managing workload and deadline pressures
