**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and organize notes, documents, and daily schedules
- Assist in routine office tasks and personal administrative work
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel plans
- Maintain confidentiality in all professional matters
- Prepare basic reports, summaries, and follow-up documents
- Provide support in planning and executing work-related activities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and task management

**Required Qualifications**
- Must be **educated (minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred)**:

- Should have **good English communication skills** (spoken & written)
- Must be **smart, presentable, and confident**:

- Good personality and positive attitude
- Ability to take notes quickly and accurately
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Google Docs)
