About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Vloggers Associate to join our content team. As a Vloggers Associate, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and managing video content creation with in-house or external vloggers. You will help shape our brand's visual storytelling and ensure our message reaches the right audience in an engaging and impactful way.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with content creators and vloggers to develop creative video content strategies.
Identify and onboard relevant vloggers, influencers, or creators across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and other social media.
Assist in scripting, scheduling, and coordinating video shoots.
Monitor trends in digital video content and recommend relevant ideas for campaigns.
Ensure video content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and visual guidelines.
Manage vlogger performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion.
Work with marketing and social media teams to promote video content effectively.
Collect feedback from viewers and vloggers to refine video strategies.
Maintain a database of creators and regularly engage them for collaborations.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Passion for social media trends.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of video production and editing is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple creator relationships at once.
Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
**Preferred Skills**:
Familiarity with platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
Prior experience working with content creators or vloggers.
