**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a **Medical Record Reviewer**. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates in nursing, life sciences, or healthcare-related fields. You will assist in reviewing, organizing, and analyzing patient medical records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review medical charts and electronic health records (EHRs) to ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
- Extract relevant medical data for quality, compliance, or claims review purposes.
- Identify missing documentation and discrepancies and escalate to appropriate personnel.
- Assist with audits related to clinical documentation and coding validation.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information at all times.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
- Stay updated on basic medical terminology, compliance guidelines, and review protocols.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing, Life Sciences, Allied Health, or related field.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and clinical procedures.
- Familiarity with EHR systems is a plus (training will be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Interview Rounds

1st round

Test: In this 3 parts will be there;
1)English Test: It will consist of your reading and writing skills, English comprehension and Sentence making. It will be MCQ's.

2) Medical Assessment: The questions will be based on the medical terminology, Diseases, medication, diagnosis and some parts will be of physiology and anatomy.(In this 50-60% will be in MCQ's and other 40-50% will be Fill in the blanks type answers)

3) Narrative Summary: In which a set of medical records will be given, You should go through the records and based on that you should write an overall summary about 4-5 paragraphs in your own words like what you have understood about the case.

Note: For this overall time limit is 2 hours.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
