Job description
- Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and scope.
Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and schedules.
Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and risk assessments.

Team Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and project-related activities.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
Monitor team progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Resource Management: Assist in resource allocation and resource scheduling to ensure project needs are met.
Track and manage project budgets and expenses.
Procure necessary materials, equipment, and services.

Risk Management: Identify and assess potential project risks and issues.
Work with the project manager to develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Monitor and report on risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, including meeting minutes, action items, and project files.
Prepare regular status reports for project stakeholders.
Keep project documentation up to date and accessible to team members.

Quality Assurance: Help establish and enforce project quality standards.
Conduct quality control checks and ensure project deliverables meet established criteria.
Address and resolve quality issues as they arise.

Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries and information.
Distribute project updates, notifications, and changes to all relevant parties.
Foster clear and effective communication within the project team.

Change Management: Assist in managing changes to project scope or objectives.
Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and involved in change control processes.

Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate positive relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners.
Address stakeholder concerns and provide regular updates on project progress.

Administrative Support:

- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and record-keeping.
- Help manage project-related documentation and correspondence.

Closure and Evaluation:

- Support project closure activities, including the handover of project deliverables.
- Assist in conducting post-project evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Compliance and Regulations:

- Ensure that the project adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

Tools and Software:

- Utilize project management software and tools for tracking project progress and maintaining documentation.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
