**MIS Executive**

**Location**:Chennai

**Experience**:3 - 4 Years

**Notice**:Immediate - 15 Days
- Handling Cheques, Calculating trnasfers, Calculating AHT.
- Making MIS Report by using Excel.
- Agent Performance, Touch Point Promoters, Avaya ID, CRM ID Creation
- Monthly Client MBR PPT Requirement will be shared to Operation
- Sharing monthly to BSG Team for Performance Incentive
- Present-day Tagging inputs( Like No Tagging as per ACD Calls to Quality),SL Update every Hour to Operation.
- Month End Activity like Volumetric, RNP KPI ,Attendance Closing will done for CHN Center & Will Shared to MIS Head
- Automation done through MS-Access for Incomplete Tagging & through MS Excel Streamline Some of the reports & reduce the files size and compact to Operation, Clients

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- MIS: 3 years (required)
