**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about the product.
- Research, track, maintain and update leads.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback through calls.
- Make outgoing calls to customers to provide detailed information on the product and fixing their meetings further with the sales team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process

**Requirements and skills**:

- Basic knowledge of cars is an added advantage
- Fresher or 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Minimum 12th pass from a recognized educational board.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
