- Understands transaction processing environment
- Familiar/Trained in ERP modules

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily Purchase request input in ERP
- Daily Invoice Matching and input in ERP
- Daily Processing of Payment Service Provider (PSP) Files
- Daily PSP Exceptions
- Bank Reconciliations
- General Ledger Journal processing
- Review and Reporting of all daily activities (Insights)
- Adherence to all SLA’s

**Key stakeholders**:

- Team Lead
- Manager (Shared Services)

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in Commerce/Accounting
- Excellent communication skills & knowledge of MS office
- Understanding of accounting concepts, Bank reconciliation

**Desirable**:

- 0-2 years of relevant experience for Specialist Role
- 2-4 years of relevant experience for Supervisor Role
- Experience in Accounting/Finance/Bank Reconciliations
- Working knowledge of any ERP packages
- Managing small team (upto 5 members) for Supervisor Role
