**Job Summary**:
We're seeking a unique individual who excels in both client service and content writing to join our team. As a client service & content writer, you'll manage client relationships, develop strategies, create compelling content, and proofread thoroughly to deliver error free works.

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Service**:

- Manage client relationships and communications
- Develop and implement strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations
- Conduct client meetings and presentations
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Proofreading documents.
- Delivering projects in deadline.

**Content Writing**:

- Write engaging content for clients (Brochure, website, blog posts, social media, product descriptions, etc.)
- Develop and maintain our company blog and social media channels
- Create case studies, whitepapers, and e-books to showcase our expertise.
- Conduct research and interviews to stay up-to-date on industry trends

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in client service or account management
- 1+ years of experience in content writing (or related field)
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Experience in branding and packaging design (or related field)
- Portfolio showcasing your writing skills and style
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
