We are looking for a **Quality Auditor (RCM) **for US Medical Billing process**. **We need someonewho ishaving professional experience of 2+ years and willing to work atAhmedabad, Gujarat.
**You will be responsible for**:
Developing and implementing quality control audit plans
Identifying testing parameters for audit transactions per sample size, methods & techniques provided
Reviewing & auditing client database for global trends, suggestions and feedbacks
Reviewing & auditing process flow and exceptions reported periodically to get the process updated to handle those exceptions
Reviewing and keeping SOP current and updated with the support of leads
Preparing MIS reports as on requirement basis
Providing the guidance at associate level
**What are we looking for?**
A minimum of 1 year of experience performing quality audit for either eligibility & authorization or patient calling or credentialing processes.
Understanding on the entire medical billing cycle & medical terminology and coding systems.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as an effective team member in a professional environment.
Flexible and able to embrace and implement change.
A problem solver, with the ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities.
Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
Willingness to work during the night shifts
**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
