Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide timely solutions, including but not limited to, electrical panel issues, faulty wiring, and power failures.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless property management and tenant satisfaction.
- Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to properly install electrical systems and components.
- Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergency electrical calls, providing quick and effective solutions to restore power and safety.
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems, including lighting systems, circuits, and other electrical infrastructure.
- Assist with electrical upgrades or renovations as needed for property improvements or tenant requests.
- Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance work done for company documentation and future reference.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a professional and courteous attitude toward residents, contractors, and coworkers.
- Manage and maintain electrical tools and equipment, ensuring they are in safe working order.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
