**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Production**:

- Capture engaging video footage of our factory operations, products, and events.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and develop creative video concepts.
- **Social Media Content**:

- Create compelling video content for our social media channels to attract and engage our target audience.
- Manage and update our social media platforms with engaging video content.
- **Video Editing**:

- Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to edit footage, add effects, and create visually appealing videos.
- Ensure videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent style.
- **Equipment Management**:

- Maintain and care for video production equipment, including cameras, lenses, microphones, and lighting.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video production techniques and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Filmmaking, Video Production, or a related field.
- Strong video editing skills and proficiency in video editing software.
- Experience in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production.
- Excellent creative and storytelling abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
