We have more than 80 stores spread across India with further expansion plans. **Profile**: **JOB OBJECTIVE & RESPONSIBILITIES** **Value Creation and P&L Management** - Monitoring and tracking performance KPIs. - Controlling and improvement of SOPs for data management and controls. - Liasoning & Control towards Investments and costs. - Advisory on Key Financial Ratios & Monitoring achievement & deviations - Accounting, Tax, IGAAP and Financial Control of the Business Unit with regular updates and reporting highlights. - Monitoring, Building and controlling rolling plan and monthly P&L preparation for the Business Unit. - Monitoring and management of AR / AP and Balance Sheet Controls for the various Business Partners and sub-business units. **Animating Business Performances** - Work with the team and Business to ensure that the planning, reporting and analysis produced are efficient, controlled and deliver insight and value to the business. - Influence and support the business decision, by using real time data, on the day to day business cases. - Ensure the Business Forecasting competence is shared and acquired by the business team for analysis & understanding of performance and for optimized decision making. - Ensure that the Team for which responsible fulfils their purpose and meets their deliverables. - Responsible for the maintenance of agreed reporting catalogue and updating the related reporting guidelines and governance. - Playing an active role on risk management with your BU leaders. **PROFILE** - You have a working experience (1-3 years ) as Finance Analyst/ Economic Advisor and a minimum qualification of CA/ MBA/ PGDM. - Retail or Digital Business Background is preferable - You have good presentation and communication skills. - You have a strong interest for analysis and project management. - You have a team spirit and a strong sense of customer service. - Your energy and curiosity will help you understand and evolve our processes.
