We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Epicor ERPTrainer to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Develop comprehensive training materials and curriculum tailored to Epicor ERP solutions, covering various modules such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and more.
- **Troubleshooting and Optimization**: Assist trainees in troubleshooting issues within Epicor ERP and provide guidance on optimizing business processes using the system.
- **Knowledge Update**: Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices in Epicor ERP, incorporating this knowledge into the training programs.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, prioritize initiatives, and develop targeted training solutions.
- **Evaluation and Improvement**: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance assessments, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP solutions, including implementation, configuration, and daily use.
- **ERP Proficiency**: Strong understanding of ERP modules such as finance, supply chain management, manufacturing, and others relevant to Epicor.
- **Manufacturing Knowledge**: A solid grasp of manufacturing processes and industry-specific requirements, with the ability to align ERP functionalities to these needs.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
- **Training Expertise**: Experience in developing training materials, curriculum, and documentation, with a focus on practical, hands-on learning.
- **Certification**: Epicor ERP certification is highly desirable.
- **Teaching Experience**: Prior experience as a trainer or instructor in a corporate or educational environment is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week
