**Job brief**

We are looking for an E-Commerce Catalog Team Associate to join our product-based productive team and enrich our product listings with creative copywriting and with aesthetically pleasing images. Also, this role includes additional requirements such as blog posts, video script writing, creating photoshoot requirements for Graphic Designers, and developing stunning marketing copy.

Ultimately, you’ll deliver creative and quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.

**Responsibilities**
- Write stellar product descriptions and conceptualize ideas for images and videos
- Research other marketplaces and implement new ideas in product listings.
- Write A+ Content/EBC, Storefront content, and product descriptions for Amazon and Shopify listings.
- Write clear marketing sales copy to promote our products/services
- Write stunning catch-phrases for products and catchy one liners.
- Proofread and edit the deliverables with zero errors.
- Submit work to leads for input and approval
- Coordinate with Marketing and Sourcing teams to gather product ideas.
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Promote content on social media platforms
- Analyze customer reviews and study the customer pain points and come up with a better idea to overcome them.
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps and promote our products/services to them.
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
- Update website content as needed
- Engage with freelancers based in the USA and instruct the video/photo requirements

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months to 3 years of work experience as a Catalog Team Associate, Copywriter, or similar role
- Experience doing research using multiple sources and marketplaces
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and eCommerce
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10 and JungleScout would be a great addition.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in American English
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Certified Content Marketing experience from HubSpot and other platforms would be an excellent addition.
- Experience in coordinating with Graphic Designers
- Portfolio of past creative works such as video ad copies, storefront designs, and other areas
- Social Media Management is an added bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
