**Essential Job Functions**
- Works with users to determine data needs and recommends appropriate method to transmit data in a repeatable fashion.
- Provides data analysis and reporting in support of analysis and problem resolution.
- Participates in client meetings to resolve technical issues and gather technical requirements. Gathers and documents technical business requirements and processes.
- Conducts gap analysis to highlight current and future client needs.
- Tests and documents reusable technical components. Creates complex test case scenarios to be used in testing.
- Provides time estimates for assigned tasks. Documents work results, ensuring results are appropriate and meet established needs.
- Works with technical team and client to understand and incorporate client expectations into design solutions.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, information systems, or related field preferred
- Three or more years of financial information technology experience
- Experience working with business processes and re-engineering
- Experience working with computer programming concepts and coding languages
- Experience working with process flow documentation
- Experience working with analysis and design including modeling and reporting tools and the interface of information technology and functional groups

- Good communication skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Personal computer and business solutions software skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly
- Willingness to travel

**Work Environment**
- Office environment
- May require weekend or after hours work
