As a Finance Professor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality finance education to undergraduate and postgraduate students, conducting research, and contributing to the academic and professional development of the department and institution.

**Responsibilities**:
Teaching:Deliver engaging and comprehensive courses in finance at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including core and elective courses.
Develop course syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials that align with the curriculum and academic standards.
Employ various teaching methods and technologies to facilitate student learning and engagement.
Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments and examinations.
Guide and mentor students, promoting their intellectual and professional growth.

Research:Conduct rigorous and impactful research in the field of finance, with a focus on publishing in esteemed finance journals.
Develop and maintain an active research agenda, collaborating with colleagues and external stakeholders as appropriate.
Stay abreast of current trends, theories, and developments in finance and integrate them into research and teaching.

Qualifications:

- Ph.D. in Finance or a related field from a reputable institution.

- Proven teaching experience in finance at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.

- Active engagement in finance research and staying current with advancements in the field.
