We're looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Intern. In this role, you'll play a vital role in managing the social media presence of our agency owner, a leading figure in the digital marketing industry.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Content Creation & Curation**:

- Develop high-quality content calendar aligned with the agency owner's brand and target audience.
- Craft engaging and informative social media posts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Source and curate relevant content from credible sources, ensuring proper attribution.
- Design eye-catching visual graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (familiarity preferred but not mandatory).
- **Social Media Management & Engagement**:

- Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for comments and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Track social media analytics and report on key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, follower growth).
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- **Collaboration & Learning**:

- Work closely with the agency owner to understand their brand voice and content preferences.
- Be open to learning new social media tools and strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative content ideas.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Passion for social media and digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative and resourceful with a keen eye for design (familiarity with graphic design tools a plus)
- Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- A desire to learn and grow in the digital marketing field

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
