**Job Description: DTP Operator (MS Word Formatting - eQourse)**

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a skilled DTP Operator with expertise in Microsoft Word formatting to support the development and delivery of eQourse content. The role involves ensuring course materials are professionally formatted, visually consistent, and aligned with organizational standards for e-learning.

**Key Responsibilities**

Format, design, and structure course content in **MS Word**according to **eQourse** branding and style guidelines.

Work with images, charts, tables, and other visual elements to enhance readability.

Convert raw text, manuscripts, and instructor notes into polished and print-ready/e-learning-ready documents.

Ensure accessibility and compatibility of formatted documents with digital platforms (**LMS/eQourse systems**).

Perform quality checks to identify and correct formatting errors, inconsistencies, or layout issues.

Manage version control of course documents and maintain an organized repository.

**Required Skills & Competencies**

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word (styles, templates, advanced formatting, cross-referencing, TOC/indexing).

**Experience in document layout, design, and formatting for professional/e-learning materials.**

**Knowledge of e-learning document standards and formatting best practices.**

Attention to detail and ability to handle large, complex documents with accuracy.

Time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.

**Basic knowledge of MS PowerPoint and PDF tools (added advantage).**

Familiarity with e-learning publishing tools (nice to have, not mandatory).

**Qualifications**

Diploma/Certificate in Desktop Publishing, Graphic Design, or related field.

**Minimum 1-3 years of experience in DTP or document formatting roles.**

**Experience in the education, training, or e-learning sector preferred.**
