- Technical Working experience on Installation and Upgradation of ESXi/AHV servers
- Troubleshooting experience on ESXi/AHV servers using Command Line is a must.
- Technical Working experience on VMware, VMware Consolidated Backup, Update Manager, LCM
- Capability of VMware ESXi/Nutanix AHV Patch management and Troubleshooting.
- Managing /Troubleshooting Cisco UCS, Dell MX 7000
- Good knowledge of DR activity and replication concepts.
- Works closely and effectively with all levels of skills to satisfy project and productivity requirements.
- Providing technical support knowledge Window/VMware/Azure.
- Troubleshooting system and connectivity server errors.
- Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors.
- Managing user / admin access.
- Monitoring/ Troubleshooting system performance issues.
- Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups.
- Good Experience of DHCP, DNS and Active Directory.
- Should have knowledge of Business continuity mechanism and SLA management.
- Quick learner and problem-solving skills would be required.
- Firmware upgradation experience/knowledge of UCSM/UCS-X/ DELLMX 7000 / HP (Physical Server build activity / Lan management/ upgrade knowledge, Service profile creation etc.)
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure Infra Management.
- Knowledge of Mechanism cloud-based backup/Druva
- Should have knowledge of Service Now (SNOW) Tool.
- Windows infrastructure needs to configuration maintenance optimization and documentation.
- Should have capability of handling P1 issues and coordinating with OEM/Vendor.
- Knowledge of IT security principles.
- Good knowledge of ITIL.
- Ready to work U.S hours shift.
