**About the role**:The Associate position in our Business Advisory and Emerging Practices Department contributes to the organization's success by efficiently handling internal audit responsibilities. The job holder will play a vital role in providing support and expertise in various areas of business advisory services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct internal audits in compliance with established standards and procedures
- Assist in drafting Standard Operating Procedures
- Participate in forensic audits (Fraud Investigation)
- Support due diligence for business mergers/takeovers/valuations
- Assist in designing and implementing Budgeting, Costing, Pricing, MIS systems
- Support ERP implementation initiatives
- Assist in designing tools/small software for process automation or to simplify complex workings like Lease Accounting
- Provide training on systems, ERP, Microsoft Excel, Data Analysis, etc.
- Support data analytics projects and work with large datasets
- Assist in cryptocurrency accounting tasks
- Provide Information Technology assistance
- Graduation degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in operations planning or related role
- Proven experience in project management and operations planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using project management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
