**Position: Block Coordinator - Scholarship Awareness Program**

**Location**: All Districts & Blocks of Bhagalpur, Bihar

**Employment Type**: Full-time, Permanent (Fresher-Friendly)

**Role Overview**:
As a Block Coordinator, you will lead scholarship awareness initiatives within your district, aiming to help students access educational funding opportunities. Additionally, you’ll guide them on insurance options that provide financial security for their education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Awareness Program Execution**:

- Design and schedule scholarship and educational insurance awareness sessions with schools and local stakeholders.
- Use community outreach, meetings, and social media to share details on scholarships and student insurance benefits.
- **Support & Guidance**:

- **Progress Monitoring**:

- Report on program outcomes and suggest areas for improvement to boost scholarship and insurance uptake.
- **Networking**:

- Partner with local government bodies, NGOs, insurance providers, and educational institutions to expand outreach and enhance program impact.
- **Follow-up & Motivation**:

- Share stories of scholarship recipients and students benefiting from educational insurance to motivate and inspire others.

**Eligibility Requirements**:

- **Education**: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or above; GDU/MSW preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-year relevant experience.
- **Additional**: Must own a bike and hold a valid driving license.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 (includes TA and incentives)
- **Insurance Coverage**: Educational insurance assistance for program beneficiaries.
- **Benefits**: Yearly performance review, leave encashment, 2 holidays per month.
