**- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Managing accounts payable process on end to end basis including correctness in recording invoices on Tally compliance with relevant sections of TDS, GST etc, processing of payments.
- Ensuring accurate recording of Petty Cash expenses by proactively liaising with store managers and handling COD
- Keeping accounts of all kinds of allowances
- Preparing data for GST returns, ensuring timely filing of same by collaborating with external consultants
- Preparing TDS report on monthly basis.
- Participating in audit by providing data/documents to auditors in timely manner.
- Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders (vendors, bankers etc.)
- Preparing vendor reconciliations, voucher files and other MIS on adhoc basis.
- Good knowledge of stock management and inventory control management
- Update accounts receivable/payable, issue invoices and perform bank reconciliations
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports and reparation of monthly/yearly closings
