**Job Summary**

As a Field Marketing Representative - Insurance Sales, you'll bring insurance products directly to local communities. Your focus will be face‑to‑face engagement—networking, events, local outreach—to generate leads, educate prospects, and close sales. You’ll serve as our brand ambassador, working independently and strategically to drive growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute **field marketing campaigns**, including community events, roadshows, briefings, and one-on-one outreach Indeed+11Indeed+11Manatal+11
- Source and network with potential clients: cold calling, referrals, local partnerships Recruiting Resources
- Assess clients’ financial needs and offer suitable insurance products (life, health, auto, property) Recruiting ResourcesManatal
- Generate leads, deliver quotes, close deals, and onboard new clients
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Stay updated on competitive and market trends to inform outreach strategies

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 1-3+ years of sales, marketing or insurance experience—specifically field or direct client engagement
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills Recruiting Resources
- Tech‑savvy: adept at CRM tools, basic analytics, and Microsoft
- Must be willing to travel locally and engage directly with the community
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Insurance license or willingness to obtain certification as required
